- 1891 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-63 (PCGS). Frosty devices and mirror fields form an aesthetically pleasing cameo contrast though it goes unnoticed on the holder.Deep rose at the obverse center with surrounding electric blue, the reverse largely brilliant with a sunset orange halo at the periphery. One of 600 Proof quarter dollars struck in the final year of the design type.
