Bert Davies Collection. Impetus for a non-mint-state grade, despite a lack of true wear, must derive from a number of delicate, sweeping hairlines indicative of finger friction. One dark spot drops into the center of the reverse surrounded by iron-grey, bluish and rose toning. A fairly good strike more than meets expectations of this early key to the series.
