1886 Indian Cent. Type I Obverse. Proof-67 RB (PCGS). CAC. Tied with a small group of five examples as the finest graded of this date and variety by PCGS. The surfaces are satin smooth, with no nicks or spots aside from the lightest hints on the reverse. Faded mint color that ranges from light tan to rose-brown. Rarely is this high of grade given to an Indian cent of this era, and such quality is impressive to see.
