Boldly reflective fields on both sides contrast pleasantly with the satiny motifs. Brilliant, highly attractive, and the finest of only eight certified by PCGS in PL category. A low mintage issue, only 11,156 circulation strike gold dollars were delivered in 1885, all of which are attributed to the Philadelphia Mint.
