1844-O Liberty Seated Half Dollar. WB-8. Rarity-4. MS-62 (NGC). The warm rose iridescence at the centers of this lovely Mint State piece progresses to electric blue opalescence at the peripheries. The devices are boldly rendered with nearly full striking detail. Quite stunning in hand. Early New Orleans Mint half dollars are scarce at this grade level and always in demand.
