Manley Die State 4.0. A splash of iridescent steel-olive in the center of the obverse interrupts otherwise dominant saddle-brown patina. This is a boldly to sharply struck example with hard, frosty surfaces that deliver solid technical quality and awesome originality.<p>The estimated mintage for this issue is 148,000 pieces (per Bill Eckberg, 2019), approximately 140,000 of which were from the die pairing now known as Cohen-1. At least 50 Mint State examples are believed extant, which makes this variety particularly appealing for high grade type and date purposes.
