1710-AA 30 Deniers, or Mousquetaire. Metz Mint. Vlack-8b. Rarity-8. EF-40 (PCGS). A well struck, nicely centered piece toned in gently mottled rose-brown over a base of pewter-gray. Smooth in hand despite some trivial roughness in the planchet. This is a rare variety of the issue with a large stop in place of the pomegranate différentafter the date.
