Bert Davies Collection. Substantially variegated silver-grey, aqua-violet and soothing charcoal undertones sparkle beneath outstanding luster that barely misses completion through the fields. The coin never had a full strike to begin with, and touch friction takes responsibility for only the slightest removal of detail from the high points. Two or three handling marks rest on the point of Liberty's chin.
