The Blackhawk Collection. Narrow mill (we believe - the slab makes it difficult to be sure). 5 graded MS-60, 25 higher at NGC. Lightly abraded overall, the surface has also picked up a very fair number of tiny contact nicks, presumably from long-time storage -- way down at the bottom of the sea. Lemon-gold overall with the kind of diminished luster one might expect. Even aside from the SS New York shipwreck provenance, the date is very difficult at any mint-state level.
