VERY HIGH END. Fantastic prooflike surfaces offer no imperfections. The flash and luster are BIG and bold for such a smaller coin. This coin is untoned. Miss Liberty and every detail are thickly frosted and are fully struck. The eye appeal is great! PCGS 13, NGC 28, CAC 6. The last one to sell in auction brought $960.00 02/2018.
