- High Promises Collection. Type II / II, small mintmark low. The die-marriage can also be picked up by noticing an extra loop within "6" of the date. Occasional orange dots on the obverse are all that deny this from being a fully white coin, even while both sides emit plentiful bright luster. A boldly struck centennial example.
