- Significantly better struck than average for 1911-D, all of the obverse stars offer full delineation, and the eagle possesses full neck feathers, although the ends of the arrows lack completion. Fair luster seemingly defies the lower MS-61 grade, but some vaguely scribbled abrasions lurk within the obverse right field. A much tougher coin even just two points higher.
