- Not much seems to stand in the way of upgrade as there are no noticeable abrasions lingering upon either side, although a brief pin scratch touches the lower portion of the fasces. Very good overall sharpness accompanies the "full bands", aside from quirky weakness over "B" on the obverse, the result of either a slightly clipped planchet, or a faulty die collar.
