1793 B-2, C-2. Rarity-3. Flowing Hair. F-15 (PCGS). Very attractive medium brown devices with Finely granular dark olive fields. The surfaces are even and inoffensive. Tiny rim bruises at tip of pole, above LI of LIBERTY, and on reverse at AT of STATES, with none of them being particularly distracting. Nicely detailed and pleasing to look at, a fine specimen of this classic issue. VG-8, sharpness of F-12, even surface roughness
