FROM THE BLUE OCEAN #1 REGISTRY SET Pristine and superb GEM PROOF DCAM with a neat black and white two-tone appearance. Fields are flawless and as struck. PCGS 1, NGC 1, CAC 0. Only 4 finer, 1 in 69 at PCGS, and 3 at NGC. The current PCGS price guide lists the value as $2,150.
