- On Target Collection. Type II / II. It is always a pleasure to see the MS-60 grade properly administered, which it is here in the wake of full luster lines and unworn devices. Very faint hairlines bubble up here and there and might suggest the grade, but as an added bonus, all design elements present very sharp details, especially throughout the eagles intricate feathers.
