1853-O Liberty Seated Half Dime. No Arrows. V-1. VF-35 (PCGS). A boldly and originally toned example awash in warm charcoal-olive. Much scarcer than its identically dated with Arrows counterpart, due to both a more limited mintage of only 160,000 coins and the undoubted loss of many examples through melting. Just over 100 distinct coins are thought to survive for today's collectors, and only 25 of which have been graded finer by PCGS. PCGS Population: 7; 25 finer. PCGS# 4352. NGC ID: 233N.
