Vivid multicolored toning is deeper on the reverse of this fully struck, appreciably reflective specimen. A lovely Gem Proof that comes down to us from a mintage of just 12,975 Liberty Seated quarters bearing the 1881 date, 12,000 of which are circulation strikes.
