- 1895 Barber Quarter. Proof-67+ Cameo (NGC). A gorgeous Gem proof of the date; 880 examples were struck. Richly frosted devices stand boldly out from deeply mirrored fields. A blush of pale champagne iridescence adds to the overall charm. As fine as you will find with the NGC "+" designation; <em>only three proof examples of the date have received such recognition from NGC, </em>all of those called Proof-67+, as here.
