Lot Description

Glorious rich and deep watery RED mirrors beam on both sides and there is a good amount of contrast seen--just shy of a fully cameo look. Close inspection does reveal a few minute flecks that you really need a strong glass to see and the eye appeal is quite nice! Only 700 were struck. PCGS 9, NGC 11. The current PCGS value is listed at $2,500 and the most recent example to sell in auction realized $4,255 in September 2013--four+ years ago! VERY RARE any finer, with only 6 PR66 RD graded at PCGS.
