- 1853-C Liberty Half Eagle. MS-60 (NGC). OH. Lustrous deep yellow-gold surfaces exhibit olive highlights and some prooflike reflectivity in the fields. Numerous obverse marks are readily available to the unassisted eye though the luster remains unbroken on the design high points. Moderately scarce in Mint State. PCGS# 8254.
