1896 Barber Dime. MS-64 (NGC). Satiny, predominantly brilliant surfaces exhibit a few blushes of pale champagne-pink iridescence around the peripheries. In terms of total number of Mint State coins known, the 1896 is ranked immediately behind the 1895 as the second rarest circulation strike Barber dime from the Philadelphia Mint.
