- Undated (Circa 1663-1672) St. Patrick or Mark Newby Farthing. Breen-208, W-11500. Copper. Nothing Below King. VG-8 Damaged.
92.4 grains. Without a doubt, the single ugliest Saint Patrick farthing in the Ted Craige collection. While trucks were not known in either Ireland or New Jersey in the 17th century, this coin looks like it's been hit by one. Or several. The planchet is split above the crown, and the overbroad planchet is dented on both sides. Medium brown with decent detail.
PCGS# 42.
Provenance: From the Ted L. Craige Collection.
