Brilliant and highly reflective RED mirrors beam with a fiery intensity on both sides. The mirrors are deeply beaming, with no evidence of mellowing anywhere. The devices are crisp and fully rendered from a forceful blow from the dies. The surfaces are virtually pristine, just a tiny mark on the obverse rim at 10:30 and a minor toning fleck or two. The marvelous eye appeal is unaffected and has a great look. PCGS 18, NGC 12. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $2,050 and this coin was the most recent example to sell, realizing $2,280 in June 2021. There are just nine finer, all PR67 RD.
