William Keller Collection. FS-801 (formerly FS-011) is the well-known and popular doubled-die reverse, the premier Cherrypickersvariety for the Walking Liberty half-dollar series. The best pickup point can be found as obvious doubling of the lower ends of the feathers in the right (observed) wing, although nice doubling also shows at the talons and along the longer edges of the feathers in the left wing. Fully pristine and gorgeous, NGC's MS-64 grade is perfect for such a lustrous and vibrant example, crisply struck and roll-fresh brilliant (NOTE: Doubled Die Not Noted on NGC holder).
