1878-CC Liberty Seated Half Dollar. WB-101, the only known dies. Good-6 (PCGS). While well worn, this Carson City example presents many appeals, including its low production of 62,000 pieces. Light gray color dominates each side with slightly darker accents here and there. For the budget-conscious, this presents a fine opportunity to obtain a low-mintage CC half that becomes quite expensive in higher conditions. PCGS# 6359. NGC ID: 24KP.
