1855-O Liberty Head Half Eagle. Winter-1, the only known dies. VF-35 (PCGS). Soft olive-gold color overall. Nicely struck for the date with ja typical amount of circulation for the assigned grade. From a mintage of 11,100 pieces, with the typical survivor from that mintage just Fine to VF, The present coin should see spirited bidding activity and will be a welcome addition in a collection of New Orleans gold.
