R-4 (76-200 minted). Metric Pattern dollar. William Barber's Liberty head, reverse with Goloid Metric composition in circle of stars. Struck in Goloid, with a reeded edge. Deeply toned on both sides, the fields smooth, but only mildly reflective. The devices are sharply struck and the surfaces are surprisingly smooth for the assigned grade. PCGS 29, NGC 12. The current PCGS Price Guide value is $2,500 and a similarly graded, also OGH example sold in our July 2018 Regency Auction brought $2,174.
