THE COLORAMA COLLECTION A popular "HIT LIST" variety, that shows a clash mark most visibly at Liberty's mouth, looking, as the name implies, that a fish hook has gotten stuck in her mouth. This coin clearly sat in a mint bag for ages, acquiring a gorgeous mix of blue-green, magenta-purple, and apricot-tangerine. The color ranks as a 9 on our color scale. You can see hints the textile pattern on her chin and neck. Some heavier marks are noted, including one in front of Liberty's nose. This lovely coin will bring a strong bid when the hammer falls.
