- 1835 Matron Head Cent. N-13, Noyes Die State D/D. Rarity-3. Small 8 and Stars. AU-58 (NGC). Deep golden-tan with bold chestnut highlights. Obverse die crack begins in the dentils at 4 o'clock and encircles the obverse through the bottom of the date and around to the dentils above star 5. Evenly circulated and not noticeably marked save for a faint lamination flaw, as struck, through NITED on the reverse. PCGS# 37099.
