High Promises Collection. 67 graded MS-63, 49 higher at PCGS. Type I / I, small mintmark, period after FINE. Orange iridescence graces the satin-laden steel-gray surface, as a greyish threadlike toning artifact dribbles down Liberty's torso. Both obverse fields receive the presence of quite a few abrasions, accounting for the grade.
