Lot Description

Hardily any wear shows at all but certainly there are enough small abrasions to prove the coin entered the channels of commerce. Bluntly struck overall and therefore not showing a lot of luster, but that is typical for 1849. Splashed with orange-grey and pastel mulberry toning.
