Description du lot: Lot 397 1854 N-10 R2+ PCGS graded MS64 Brown.Glossy medium chocolate and olive brown. Satiny mint frost covers the fields and protected areas and this cent has excellent eye appeal. The only notable marks are a small planchet chip on the rim at star 4 (the only mark visible to the unaided eye), two smaller ones at star 3, and a final small one at star 11. These tiny marks may have been created by securing this cent to a display board at one time. LDS, die state e, with flowlined fields and die cracks on both sides. Our grade is MS60. The attribution and COL Ellsworth Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 3; 3 finer: 1 in 64+, 1 in 65, 1 in 66.
