34 graded MS-67 RD, 10 higher at PCGS. Even fully endowed with mint red color, it's tough to imagine how the roll-hoarded 1918 cent could ever be considered anything but "common". An astonishing level of preservation is what sets this example above its peers -- the obverse simply shows no contact at all. The reverse appears unexpectedly weakly struck but also has but a single small tick near the left ear of wheat.
