- 1871 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-64 (NGC). Medium lilac-gray on the obverse turns to bold rose and neon blue iridescence in a bright light source, the reverse with a pale champagne center that yields to vibrant rose and neon blue iridescence toward the rim. One of 960 Proofs of the date struck. PCGS# 5570.
