Absolutely stunning contrast is shown between the deep watery fields and heavily frosted devices of this lovely Proof with impressive preservation. This coin offers outstanding quality; at the premium Gem Proof grade level there are few than can technically match or beat this stellar example. Furthermore the contrast is epic for this issue, with deep reflectivity in the fields which offsets the frosted devices. To date NGC records only five grading events with this degree of contrast for the issue, that's how spectacular and unusual this highest concentration of contrast is regarded.
