1883 Liberty Quarter Eagle. AU-55 (NGC). Bright honey gold with much retained luster and some prooflike reflectivity. Nicely struck and with no serious marks visible to the unassisted eye. An elusive low-mintage date that saw a circulation strike production run of just 1,920 pieces. A nice opportunity for an advanced Liberty quarter eagle collector.
