1867 Liberty Seated Quarter. Briggs 1-A. VF-35 (PCGS). Dominant silver-gray patina with halos of rich rose and steel-blue toning toward the obverse border. These are scarce, as are all Reconstruction era Liberty Seated quarters from the Philadelphia Mint.
