1900 Liberty Half Eagle. Proof-61 Cameo (NGC). Fully brilliant surfaces. The motifs show full definition. This piece was evidently kept in a desk drawer or a jewelry box for a number of years as it shows a scattering of contact marks in the fields. From a scant proof mintage of just 230 pieces.
