Lightly toned and well-struckfor the issue.  I’ve never seen an example with all folds in Liberty’s cap.  The cartwheel luster is unbroken across the central devices.  Smooth surfaces befit a higher grade.  From Heritage’s August 2010 ANA auction, lot 4922 at $2,760.  Estimate: $2,200 to $2,700
