- Lot 148 1828 C-3 R1 13-Star Obverse PCGS graded MS63 Red & Brown, CAC Approved (OGH).Lustrous bright mint red fading to steel on the highpoints with at least two-thirds of the slightly mellowed mint color remaining. The only notable mark is a small patch of fine carbon on the ribbon loop under the E in CENT. MDS. An impressive example housed in an Old Green Label Holder. Our grade is MS63.
