1857 Flying Eagle Cent. Snow-11, FS-301. Repunched Date. MS-64 (PCGS). An original Choice example of this scarce variety, both sides exhibit glints of pale tan-apricot undertones to otherwise golden-brown surfaces. Boldly defined in all but a few isolated areas with only a few trivial carbon flecks seeming to preclude an even higher grade. PCGS Population (FS-301 attribution only): 2; with a single MS-65 finer.
