1829 Matron Head Cent. N-5. Rarity-3. Medium Letters. VF-25 (PCGS). An ideal cent for the grade with glossy, attractive medium brown surfaces. Slightly better than average strike for this variety. Not easy to find the Medium Letters varieties with this sort of condition and quality. Later die state with rim crumbling noted at stars 3-5. Provenance: From the John McBride Collection.
