1891 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-66 Cameo (NGC). Frosted motifs and mirrored fields form a lively cameo contrast. The obverse is largely brilliant tempered with a touch of champagne-gold, the reverse with a rich display of gold and rose iridescence, especially toward the rim. One of 600 Proof quarter dollars of the date struck during the final year of Gobrecht's long-lived Liberty Seated quarter series.
