- Wisps of pale rose-russet iridescence drift over smooth, lustrous, softly frosted surfaces. Both sides are sharply struck and virtually pristine. An exceptionally smooth and conditionally rare survivor of this high mintage (127,554,756 pieces), otherwise readily obtainable Denver Mint issue in the 90% silver Washington quarter series.
