- Jackson County Collection. Entirely frosty and not at all prooflike as are some examples of this Civil War issue, both sides absolutely gleam with charming fine matte surface texture. Details seem to be unusually full and precise for a coin that typically has central striking weakness. Flat-out nice for the grade and type!
