1720-A French Colonies 20 Sols, or 1/6 Ecu. Paris Mint. AU-55 (PCGS). CAC. A sharp and appealing specimen with silver-gray surfaces that exhibit a blend of steel and olive throughout. Plenty of retained luster engages the protected areas, and no marks are present to the unassisted eye. Indeed, a glass yields nothing more than a few faint and tiny ticks. Struck in Paris while John Law held all the coinage contracts in France. Choice for the grade. PCGS# 167113.
