A diaphanous layer of gold toning dances across the creamy, lustrous surfaces.  This lovely coin is a match to the PCGS AU 53 Meyer specimen offered in MB 28, August 2009 (lot 45, bringing $4,477).  Experienced collectors know that hens’ teeth are common in comparison to high grade R.5s!  This one is essentially without faults, a prize for the astute collector.  Est. $2,000 and up.
