- 1855-C Liberty Quarter Eagle. AU-53 (PCGS). Doug Winter notes that this issue has the lowest mintage (3,677 pieces ) of any individual date in the Charlotte Mint quarter eagle series. This piece is satiny and attractive, with a few tiny marks on each side and a reddish toning spot noted around the digits 85 in the date. PCGS# 7775.
