1892 Columbian Exposition. Proof-64 (NGC). A gorgeous specimen with satiny, boldly impressed devices that contrast appreciably with reflective fields. The entire package is dressed in pale silver iridescence that gives way to subtle champagne-pink highlights at the rims. One of only 103 Proofs of the date produced, all of which were struck by hand at the Philadelphia Mint on November 19, 1892. Scarce and eagerly awaiting inclusion in an advanced collection of classic commemorative coinage. PCGS# 9295. NGC ID: 28NF.
